13. What is the shelf life of RTU and Concentrated flavors?

The shelf life of the RTU Hawaiian shave ice syrup is 9 to 12 months. If it is kept in a cool and dry place it will last much longer. When its open its not necessary to refrigerate it but by putting the syrup in the refrigerator you can extend its shelf life.

For the concentrate flavors the shelf life is 2 years. It is not necessary to refrigerate the flavor concentrate.
