14. How much syrup is used per serving of shave ice?

The serving depends on the cups you serve to your customer. Reference the table below for the correct quantity:Cup Size 4 ounce cup 6 ounce cup 8 ounce cup 16 ounce cupShaved Ice 1-2 ounces 2 ounces 2-3 ounces 3-4 ounces1 gallon of RTU = 128 ounces. If you are serving in one of our 8oz flower cup you can get 50 to 55 servings.
